Returns/Exchanges Policy

It is our top priority to provide superior service to our loyal customers. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right for you! If you have any questions or concerns about returns, please contact us at essteemarie@gmail.com. We appreciate your business!!

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Accessories such as boot/leg warmers, jewelry, sunglasses, scarves, undergarments, bras, camis, and hosiery.
  • All SALE ITEMS PURCHASE AT 30% OFF OR GREATER ARE FINAL SALE.
  • ALL ITEMS MARKED “CLEARANCE” AND/OR “SALE” ARE FINAL SALE.
  • You may not return an item if it is has been used, washed, damaged, worn, or if the tags are removed. 
  • Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions.  Clothing patterns may also vary.  These situations do not qualify as defects and buyer will pay return shipping in each case.
  • You may return most new, unworn items within 14 days of shipping or in store purchase for store credit only. Sorry, but we do not issue returns. We must receive the item within the 14 day timeframe. Store credit is applied for item only, not shipping and handling since that service was used. If the item is received outside of the designated time frame, the return will be rejected. If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return then you will be responsible to call and pay a return shipping charge of $5. All items must still have tags attached. Shoeboxes must be returned in undamaged condition. Please do not cover them with tape or a shipping label, place them in a larger box or bag instead. If your shoebox does not come inside another box or bag, the return will be rejected and the shoes will be returned to you for a charge. The shoes must be returned with all parts from the original box.

Exchanges:

• We are able to offer exchanges as long as the customer contacts us within 4 business days of the purchase date. Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we can not guarantee their availability. We recommend purchasing the item, and then shipping back or dropping off the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item. Store credit can not be applied to this new order that is placed. Credit will have to then be used for future purchases. 

• Returned items will be processed for full refund or store credit only. No exceptions. 

    Store Credit/Refund:

    • A store credit or full refund will be emailed to your email address. This usually takes 5-7 days to process after we receive the returned item. If an order is placed prior to receiving the store credit email, we cannot refund for that amount. You do need to wait until the store credit is approved to place the order to use this credit. If you place an order and do not select to use your store credit, we cannot go in and apply it after the fact. We have no way of doing so.
